Snacks

Snacks can "make or break" healthy eating regime. Being organised with snacks that are functional and filling will not see you making a dash for the vending machine or garage shop. There are a wealth of pre-made snacks out there but these can be full of a sugar and fat and these could leave you feeling rather guilty and deflated. Break the bad habits, find some snacks you love and leave the pre-made bars for emergencies only.
