Turmeric and Mango Smoothie
Description
Sunshine in a glass! Start your day with some bright colour and it will start you off with a smile. Turmeric is known to help with depression and it’s anti inflammatory properties so some great medicine to be whizzing up.
Recipe & Instructions
Serves 1
- 1 banana
 - 5 tbsp chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
 - 1 tsp ground turmeric
 - 1/2 tsp ground ginger
 - 1tsp honey
 - 300ml any milk
 - 1 tbsp of protein powder (optional)
 
Place everything in to a blender and process.
Serve immediately
