Drinks can be the answer if you find yourself incredibly hungry or in need of a boost. Many times, we actually misread our thirst for hunger and we end up reaching for food. How about a collection of shakes, smoothies, juices and generally refreshing drinks to choose from to try? Some of these contain a large amount of vegetable and fruit and can be enhanced with good quality protein powders to use as a quick fix to the odd missed breakfast.
