Breakfast Wrap


Another quick, filling recipe for those who say "I just don't have time for breakfast". Wrap it up in foil or clingfilm and eat in the car? It's far better than any cereal bar or muffin.

Recipe & Instructions


<1 wholemeal Wrap
<1/2 banana
<50g Ricotta
<4 tsp of blueberries
<1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds

Open the wrap and spread the ricotta over one half. Mash/slice the banana over the ricotta and the mash someone of the blueberries in too. Leave the others whole. The sweetness from the fruits should remove the need for any honey or other sweetner. Sprinkle over the flaxseeds and wrap up.
