Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
Description
Get yourself a bit of a treat every now and then and enjoy this chocolate smoothie bowl. Made with quark this is naturally low in fat and the sweetener is agave, so no processed sugars.
Bananas a high in potassium and a really filling way to start the day.
Recipe & Instructions
- 1 banana
- 5 tbsp quark
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Place half of the banana, the quark, cocoa powder, syrup and peanut butter into a blender and process until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl.
Slice the other half of the banana and place across the top. Scatter over the chopped peanuts and cacao nibs and serve.
