Seaweed Crisps

Description

A simple way to deal with the satisfying saltiness, crispness and goodness of nori sheets! I have used them shredded on to stir fries and salads and even wrapped quinoa and vegetables in (appealing to my sushi loving son) but why not eat them as a bit of a snack in their own right?

Recipe & Instructions

8 Sheets of dried Nori Seaweed
Water
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Flick a bit of water over the sheets and press two together to make a double thickness sheet. A bit more of a flick of water over the top and the sesame seeds will stick. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees The sheets go paler in green and really crispy. Don't go overboard with the water, I did a couple of times and ended up with a re-hydrated piece of chewy seaweed (still not overly unpleasant, but...).

Cut in to triangles. Eat straight away or store in an air tight container.
