Hemp and Chocolate Butter

Hemp seeds really have such a lovely flavour that it seems to be a shame to mix them with anything! This spread is such a wonderful snack though so I am happy to save the naked hemp for another day. I have added heaped teaspoons of this to ice/frozen banana and nut milk to create the most glorious smoothies, Ive added this to custard to make ice-cream and even added it to a bread and butter pudding base. It's full of so many benefits it's certainly worth adding to your diet.
