(add any low sugar jams, nut butters, seeds butters, cream cheeses)

Greek Yoghurt (low fat)
Frozen Berries

Dried Fruits (careful though as high in sugar)
Dark Chocolate (2-3 squares)
Milky Chocolate Drink (Dairy or non dairy)
Mini Rice Pudding (low sugar)
Whole Grain Toast with nut butters
Whole Grain Toast with mashed avocado
Hard Boiled Eggs
Bowl of wholegrain, low sugar cereal with milk or substitute
