Recipe & Instructions

250g pack of any Plain Biscuit (I used Rich Tea Fingers, cheap as chips)
125g Butter
1x 395g Tin Condensed Milk
2 cups Rice Crispies
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
185g Packet Maltesers, chopped in half as best you can!
200g White Chocolate
1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions
Line a 22cm x 32cm rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
Crush the biscuits any way you see fit, a food processor does seem to be the best way. Mix the crumbs with the Rice Crispies, Maltesers (reserve a good handful for the topping) and cocoa powder.
In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk and and butter until mixed and smooth.
Pour the condensed milk and butter mix over the dry ingredients and then press firmly in to the lined tray.
Over a pan of simmering water, melt the white chocolate. Stir in the coconut oil and pour the chocolate over the top of the slice.
Place the remaining Maltesers upside down in lines in the chocolate. Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours. Cut in to little brick shapes and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
